Outreach Ministries

Mission Support

Our church has a rich history of participating in world evangelism. Many members are former missionaries or mission agency administrators. As a result, the church continues to have a tremendous burden for foreign and domestic missions as we support almost 50 missionaries or organizations devoted to evangelizing the world.

Assisted-living & Nursing Home Ministries

We reach into the Sebring, Avon Park, and Lake Placid communities by ministering to residents of some local nursing homes through conducting church services at their facility or hosting monthly birthday parties.

Jail & Prison Ministries

Men and women from our church family have an opportunity to minister to inmates at the local jail through times of corporate preaching, counseling, and individual Bible study and prayer. Men have a similar opportunity to minister at a nearby men’s prison where in addition to preaching and counseling, they also provide study Bibles and college courses.

Tracts

Gospel tracts allow believers to easily share the good news of Jesus Christ during interactions with the community. Our tract rack is well stocked with both English and Spanish tracts. These are available for the church family to take, use, and distribute.

Military Encouragement

We partner with Berean Armed Forces Ministries (https://bereanarmedforcesministries.com) to provide gospel tracts, colored pictures, and notes of thanks and encouragement to new recruits, active duty military personnel, and veterans.
